We only accept one dog under 40 lbs per room.

Pets are accepted on a case by case basis and only for rooms on the first floor. You must contact the hotel in advance using our PET REQUEST FORM to confirm that we are able to accommodate your pet.

There is a $75 pet fee per cleaning. Rooms are cleaned by request or post stay.

Pets must be fully trained and appropriately leashed by guest. 

Pets must comply with local legislation requirements.

Pets must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless it is in the guest's room.

Pets are not allowed on beds in an effort to reduce allergens.

Pet cannot be left unattended. If a guest requires a pet-sitter or daytime boarding options, we can recommend services on Long Beach Island. It is the guest's responsibility to make appropriate arrangements. 

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood. 

Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. If your pet is a barker please leave them home or use one of the amazing boarding options on the island.

We reserve the right to request your pet/group vacate the premises at any time without cause.

Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet. 

The hotel reserves the right to charge guest's account commensurate to the cost of such damages.

Guests are responsible for confirming which beaches and parks allow dogs. Below are the policies as of April 9, 2024.

BEACH HAVEN:
Dogs are permitted  on the beach from September 16th until May 14th ONLY. 

LONG BEACH TOWNSHIP (Holgate):
Dogs are prohibited on Long Beach Township beaches between May 16 and September 30.

There is a small dog beach located at the bay on Taylor Avenue.
